                                               Processing of large parts at micron sensivity level

As a company, instead of small scale parts and machinery that do not require high technology, we seek to undertake work as large as possible but that can be carried out with computer controlled and multi-axis machines. This may not be too much in quantity, but what is important to us is that it requires the use of high technology that can not be carried out by every manufacturer. This “difference in manufacturing” is what differentiates us from other contract manufacturers. Therefore, our customers are mostly from the textile, defense industry, transportation sector such as shipping, aviation, railways. The engine park of our company can process hard casting material and the specific metals cast for special purposes can be subjected to more than one process in tha machinery park which has been designed for these operations.

We not only manufacture machinery parts, but when requested, can carry out the installation of the machinery as well. We manufacture all machinery for which the work plan has been defined, on our installation line in the sheet welding section of our factory. In the operations where we carry out the whole process from planning to installation, in accordance with the confidentiality agreements mutuallu concluded, we do not use the experience gained in the manifacturing of one machine, in the manufacturing of another machine.”
